My journey into leadership coaching was not a planned career path—it was a natural evolution of my nearly three decades spent in Management Consulting at the intersection of business strategy, organizational transformation, and executive leadership.

Over the years, I have worked with C-suite leaders, emerging executives, and high-potential managers across industries like Finance, Technology, FMCG, Higher Education, Mining, and Construction. Whilst working with these emerging leaders I noticed a pattern - many professionals excelled as managers but struggled to transition into leadership roles. There was a gap between their technical expertise and operational know-how, and what they needed most as leaders; strategic leadership acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence at the highest levels.

I launched The Coaching Agenda to bridge that gap, combining my management consulting expertise, leadership development insights, and mentoring/coaching experience.

My journey has been anything but conventional, but it is what makes me uniquely qualified to help you become the leader you want to be - because I know that leadership is not a straight path. It is a journey full of unexpected turns, and I am here to guide you every step of the way.
